Les Briney, CTO
Mr. Briney has over 40 years of experience leading the development of pioneering computer, network, Internet, wireless, video and electronics products while at IBM, Prodigy, and a number of public and private companies. His total focus has been on first-to-market technologies and has founded several successful technology companies. Most recently he was CTO at Path 1 Network Technologies, a leader in high-end video network products. Mr. Briney is currently on two company boards, is an expert witness in Internet patent cases, is an Entrepreneur-In-Residence at UCSD Connect and mentor in the NSF-iCorps Program. He is a graduate of University of California, Berkeley in EE/CS.
Masha Afshar, CFO
Mr. Afshar is the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of LinkScreens LLC. As a CFO, Mr. Afshar is responsible for overall financial management of the company, its finacial reporting, quantative accounting, Tax, and long-range financial planning. Mr. Afshar has over 30 years operational and financial experience in both startups and multinational corporations including Armour Oil Company, CFO of Artes Medial Corporation, and CFO of Leonardo MD. He is an IRS enrolled agent and a member of National Association of Enrolled Agent, and California Society of Enrolled agent. He has an under graduate degree in accounting and an MBA from University of Dallas.
Robert Burke, VP of Business Development
Mr. Burke is the Vice President of Business Development at LinkScreens LLC. He has nearly 20 years of experience, serving as a Vice President of a multinational consortium, developing strategic relationships, regional businesses development focusing primarily in telecom. He was in charge of planning, operations, consulting, vendor relationships, licensure, contract management as well as business development. Served on the Boards of several companies and municipal concerns. Mr. Burke has developed complex technical solutions such as autonomous communications systems, distance learning solutions, satellite-based broadband networks, nationwide private and public communication facilities, workflow optimization solutions, and IT projects. He served as the Director of Pre-sales at Sprint, member of financial team in the Mergers & Acquisitions Department. Director of Scandinavia for Data Networks for Nokia in Helsinki, Finland. Program Manager working on several programs for the US Government (with TSI Clearance), Sperry, others. Also served as Adjunct Professor in Information Systems for nearly 15 years at the University of Maryland. He has masters in Finance, ITIL V.3 & PMP Certified.
Jeff Anderson, VP of Software
Jeffrey Anderson has 25 years of experience in software development, 6 years of patent licensing experience, and 20 years of management experience including executive level positions. Mr. Anderson has worked for many innovative networking, security and systems software organizations including Sun Microsystems and Cray Research. At Cray Research, Mr Anderson led the development of novel virtualization and autonomic fault management technologies. At Sun Microsystems, he led teams which developed innovative availability and partitioning capabilities that resulted in $7 billion in direct sales of an industry-unique product, the “Starfire” E10K. Mr. Anderson has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
Adina Morariu, VP of Operation
Mrs. Morariu is the Vice President of Operation at Linkscreens starting with June 2012, when she assembled the initial Linkscreens team on Romanian ground. Her communication skills, adaptability and enthusiasm made her essential for the growth and development of the company and the employees. Prior to Linkscreens she gained technical expertise by working as software developer for leading companies in software development like Sony Ericsson, Huawei or Simbiosys Mobile Solutions. She holds a PhD in System engineering and she graduated from Technical University from Cluj-Napoca.

Brad Wong, Director of Video Production
Brad Wong graduated with dual degrees in Film Production and Physiology from the University of Arizona. Wong’s strengths in visual story-telling and editing have led him to produce videos for the EDM genre’s largest artists including: Tiesto, Steve Aoki, Dada Life, Diplo and Nervo. Wong directs music videos that have been featured on major music sites and blogs such as MTV 2, Complex Magazine, This Song is Sick, 2Dopeboyz and Good Music All Day. He was recently recognized for winning 1st place for music video direction at the BEA Festival of Media Arts. Wong has had short films screen at the 66th and 67th Cannes International Film Festival.
Mihai Mititelu, Director of Legal Europe
Mihai Mititelu is the Director of Legal Europe. Graduated from UBB Law School, class of 2004, he started work as a lawyer in 2006, as a member of the Cluj bar, Romania. Over time, his work took place mainly in civil and commercial law, gaining a rich experience both in the legal aspect and in terms of customer relations. Working with clients was not limited to their representation before the courts or before other institutions, but included each time, advising, in order to reach the best solution for them, focusing each time on helping clients to solve problems and achieve goals. In his work, he collaborated with individuals and companies, both from Romania and abroad, seeking each time to overcome with professionally and expeditiously any problems the clients had.
Diana Mărieș, Director of HR Europe
Diana Mărieș is Director of HR Europe. She has 7 years of experience in accounting, HR and financial analysis. She was part of the implementation team on a project financed by European funds where she was responsible for audit quality and human resource management. She also worked at the financial department as an economist of an accounting company. She holds a masters degree in Business Development Management, she graduated Economical Sciences and Business Management Faculty in Cluj-Napoca and she is a Certified HR Inspector.
Tamara L. Swearingen, Head of Talent Acquisition, North America
Tamara Swearingen brings over 25 years of working in the High Technology sector within the Silicon Valley and USA as a Human Resource/Staffing Advisor to Fortune 500 Executives, Recruiting Manager and Technical Staffing Consultant. She has worked for over 10 start-up companies as well for some very large corporations. Tamara has worked in well over 30 different verticals of the Technology sector where she is considered a "Generalist" in Recruiting working with Executive Staff including their direct reports to ramp up in hiring to find the "Top Talent" and meet those milestones of projects needing to be completed. Tamara concentrates on really building strong working relationships with hiring managers to understand their Staffing needs. Her passion for the work she performs is not only about finding that "Top Talent" for the company, which we know is key, but also those candidates that fit the company culture. She can work with all levels of personnel and has a good sense of humour and basically a very upbeat person. Tamara has put new processes and procedures together from scratch at various companies like Employee Referral Programs, Training Manuals for New Hiring Managers and Job Bid Process. Tamara is PHR certified and will go for her SPHR certification in the Fall, 2015. She is also in the top 3% most connected in her field on Linkedin in the SF Bay Area and US.
